High and Low Pressure Liquid Pressurization System for Valve Test Bench

The low-pressure section of the equipment uses an electric pump to output water pressure; the high-pressure section employs a pneumatic liquid booster pump as the pressure source, where the driving air pressure is proportional to the output liquid pressure. By adjusting the driving air pressure, the output pressure can be continuously regulated. When the air pressure and output force reach equilibrium, the pneumatic booster pump automatically stops operating, and the output pressure stabilizes at the set value. If any leakage causes a drop in system pressure, the pneumatic booster pump automatically restarts to compensate for the pressure loss. By controlling the air intake volume, the operating frequency of the pump can be regulated, thereby controlling the system’s output flow rate. The entire system features compact size, light weight, simple operation, high safety and reliability, wide applicability, and adjustable output pressure.
